What HAJZTO is

HAJZTO is a platform that helps players discover sports venues and send booking requests to them through a mobile app. Venues listed on HAJZTO are independent businesses. HAJZTO does not own or operate them, and the venue is responsible for its facilities, services and bookings.

This website provides information about HAJZTO and lets visitors and venues contact us. It does not take bookings or payments.

HAJZTO is currently an independent project based in Beirut, Lebanon, and is not a registered company. “HAJZTO”, “we” and “us” in these Terms refer to the people operating the HAJZTO project.

Eligibility and your account

• You need an account to send booking requests, register for tournaments or post reviews. You can browse as a guest.
• HAJZTO is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are 16 or 17, you may use HAJZTO subject to applicable legal requirements, including consent from a parent or guardian where the law requires it. HAJZTO does not currently verify age or collect parental consent.
• Give accurate information, including a phone number and email address where venues can reach you, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Venue manager accounts are created by HAJZTO for approved venue partners.

Venue information and availability

Venue details such as photos, features, prices and opening times are provided by venues and may change. Start times already booked through HAJZTO are shown as unavailable, but HAJZTO cannot guarantee that a venue is available. A venue may also take bookings outside HAJZTO.

Booking requests and venue confirmation

• When you send a booking request, it is pending. It is not a confirmed booking.
• The venue decides whether to confirm or decline each request. HAJZTO does not confirm bookings on a venue’s behalf, and a request may be declined.
• You will see the status of your requests in the app and may receive email and push notifications when it changes.
• Any agreement about the booking itself, including price, rules and use of the facilities, is between you and the venue.

Prices, fees and payments

• HAJZTO does not currently support electronic payments and does not process payments. There is no in-app card payment, PayPal, Google Pay or online checkout.
• Venues set their own prices and may charge fees for bookings or tournaments. Booking through HAJZTO does not mean a booking is free.
• Any payment or deposit is arranged and paid directly between you and the venue, or between you and a tournament’s organiser, outside the app, according to their policies.
• Because HAJZTO does not take payments, it does not issue refunds. Questions about payments or refunds should be raised with the venue or organiser.

Cancellations and changes

• You can cancel a pending or confirmed booking in the app. The venue can also cancel a booking, and you will be notified.
• The app does not support changing the time of an existing booking. To change it, cancel and send a new request.
• Venues may have their own cancellation rules or fees. HAJZTO does not set cancellation fees and is not responsible for a venue’s cancellation decisions.
• Please cancel as early as possible if you cannot attend, so the time can be offered to other players.

Tournaments and events

HAJZTO may publish tournaments and events in the app, each held at a listed venue. To register a team, you provide a team name and the number of players. Registration is subject to the deadline and capacity shown for each event, and you can withdraw your registration in the app while registration is open.

Whether a tournament has a registration fee, how much it is, and who collects it depend on the tournament and its organiser. No registration fee is collected through the HAJZTO app. Questions about a tournament’s rules, fees or refunds should be raised with its organiser.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. They are shown to other users with your name. We may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the venue.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• send false, abusive or repeated booking requests, or book with no intention of attending;
• post false, offensive or unlawful content, including in reviews or team names;
• use another person’s account or personal details without permission;
• misuse the contact details of venues or other users;
• try to disrupt HAJZTO, access it without authorisation, or copy data from it by automated means;
• use HAJZTO for anything unlawful.

Venue partners and website inquiries

Submitting a venue inquiry or suggestion through this website does not create a listing, an account or a partnership, and does not guarantee acceptance. Any partnership is subject to HAJZTO’s review and a separate agreement.

Intellectual property

The HAJZTO name and logo, and the design and content of the app and website, are owned by those behind the HAJZTO project or used under licence. Venue content belongs to the venues that provide it. You may not copy or reuse HAJZTO’s materials without permission.

Service availability

We work to keep HAJZTO available and accurate, but the service may sometimes be unavailable, slow or contain errors, for example during maintenance or because of issues outside our control. Features may change over time.

Suspension and account deletion

We may suspend or disable an account that breaks these Terms, misuses HAJZTO or puts other users or venues at risk. You can request deletion of your account at any time, as described on our Account Deletion page.

Disclaimers and liability

HAJZTO is provided “as is”. Venues are responsible for their facilities, safety, services, prices and bookings. To the extent permitted by law, HAJZTO is not responsible for the acts or omissions of venues or other users, for disputes between users and venues, or for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as HAJZTO changes. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. If you keep using HAJZTO after an update, the updated Terms apply.
