Account deletion

Delete your HAJZTO account.

You can ask us to delete your account in the HAJZTO (حجزتو) app at any time, in the app or by email. Here is how, and exactly what happens.

Delete from the app

For customer accounts, in app versions that show Delete Account in the Profile tab. If you don’t see it, request deletion by email.

  1. 1 Open the HAJZTO app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. 2 Go to the Profile tab.
  3. 3 Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4 Read the confirmation message and tap Delete to confirm.

What is deleted

When we delete a customer account, whether you use the in-app option or email us, we delete:

  • Your account details: first and last name, email address, phone number, password and notification token.
  • Your profile photo, if you uploaded one to HAJZTO.
  • Your bookings and booking requests, including upcoming ones (those time slots become free again).
  • Your reviews. Venue ratings are recalculated without them.
  • Your tournament registrations, notifications and password-reset codes.

How it works

  • Everything listed above is removed together in one step. If something goes wrong, nothing is deleted and the app shows an error, so you can try again or contact us.
  • You are signed out, and deletion cannot be undone. To use HAJZTO again, create a new account.

What account deletion does not cover

  • Details a venue already received or noted outside HAJZTO, for example if it contacted you by phone or WhatsApp about a booking.
  • Emails or messages you exchanged with HAJZTO directly (for example support requests). Ask us and we will delete these where we are not required to keep them.
  • Copies that may remain for a limited time in routine server backups or security logs kept by our hosting providers, until they are overwritten.

Venue manager accounts

Venue manager accounts are linked to a venue and its bookings, so they cannot be deleted from the app. Email us from the address linked to the account and the HAJZTO team will remove it.

Website inquiries (contact and venue forms) are not linked to app accounts. To ask about information you sent through this website, email us. Privacy Policy
